1. Nature of Service
SynthCounsel is a document preparation tool (scrivener) operated by SynthCORP LLC. SynthCounsel is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. SynthCounsel does not recommend which documents to file, which arguments to make, which defenses to assert, or evaluate the merits of any claim.
SynthCounsel takes content that you provide and formats it into documents that comply with the civil procedure rules of the jurisdiction you select. You are solely responsible for the substance, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of all content you submit and all documents you file.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent that all registration information is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
SynthCounsel offers a Free tier (10 cases, 20 documents/month), a Pro subscription ($39/month), an Annual subscription ($349/year), and per-document purchases ($14.99/document). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
5. Free Tier Limits
Free accounts are limited to 10 active cases and 20 generated documents per calendar month. Document counts reset on the first of each month. Exceeding these limits requires a paid subscription or per-document purchase.
6. Deadlines & Calculations
SynthCounsel computes court deadlines based on the civil procedure rules for the jurisdiction you select and includes conservative safety buffers. These calculations are informational estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You must independently verify all deadlines with your court clerk or the applicable rules. SynthCounsel is not liable for missed deadlines.
7. Document Generation
Documents are generated based on the information you provide and formatted according to the civil procedure rules of the jurisdiction you select. SynthCounsel does not verify the factual accuracy, legal sufficiency, or strategic wisdom of your content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated documents before filing.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit. SynthCounsel retains ownership of the platform, templates, formatting logic, and rule engine. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated documents for personal or professional legal filings.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SYNTHCOUNSEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED DOCUMENTS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR LEGAL OUTCOME.
