Before you write
- PDF won’t download? Try a different browser (Chrome and Firefox are best). Most wizard PDFs are 2-5 MB; some browsers throttle large blob downloads.
- Stripe charge but no entitlement? Webhook delays can be up to 60 seconds. If the entitlement hasn’t appeared after 5 minutes, write to us — we’ll check the audit log directly.
