Schedules D & E/F — Your Creditors

Official Forms 106D and 106E/F are required with every bankruptcy petition. They list every creditor who has a claim against you — secured creditors (mortgages, car loans), priority unsecured creditors (taxes, support), and general unsecured creditors (credit cards, medical bills). The wizard walks you through all three sections and generates court-ready PDFs — free, no signup required.

Common questions

What is Schedule D in bankruptcy?

Schedule D (Form 106D) lists secured creditors — those holding collateral like a mortgage, car loan, or judgment lien. List the creditor, collateral, and outstanding balance.

What is the difference between priority and general unsecured?

Priority unsecured (Schedule E/F Part 1) includes recent taxes, domestic support, and certain wages — paid ahead of general creditors. General unsecured (Part 2) covers credit cards, medical bills, and deficiency balances.

Do I list debts I dispute?

Yes — list every debt and check "disputed." Omitting a debt can prevent it from being discharged. You do not admit liability by listing it.

What account number do I use?

Last 4 digits only. Never include a full account number or SSN in a court filing — they are public records.
